A response tailored to your needs.
Widely spoken or rarer languages, professional or official documents: every enquiry is assessed according to the language pair, subject area and intended use.

This is an indicative, non-exhaustive list. It does not mean that every language combination or sworn translation service is available between all of these languages.

Sworn translation,
central to your procedure.
Your document
Birth certificate, diploma, notarial deed, judgment or court document: its nature and intended use guide the enquiry.
The recipient
Requirements may vary by country and organisation. Send us the instructions you have received so that we can clarify the applicable requirements.
The service
The language pair and required authorisation are checked before we confirm that we can undertake the work.
The right information,
from the first exchange.
- Specify the source and target languages.
- State the type of document and number of pages.
- Name the destination country and receiving organisation.
- Include any instructions received and your deadline.
A description is enough for an initial enquiry. We will agree with you how to send your documents.
Translation and formalities are separate matters.
Depending on the procedure, an apostille, legalisation or another formality may be required in addition to the translation.
Requirements must be confirmed with the receiving authority. We take them into account when defining our work, without presuming that the authority will accept the application.
A few useful points.
My language is not listed. Can I still contact you?
Yes. We offer over twenty languages, including less widely spoken languages. Tell us the language pair and context, and we will assess how we can help.
Does every document need to be translated by a sworn translator?
That depends on the intended use and the receiving organisation’s requirements. Check its instructions and send them to us with your enquiry.
Is a digital copy enough to prepare a quote?
We can start with a description of the document. We will clarify what is needed for the quote and whether an original or paper copy may subsequently be required.
What will it cost, and how long will it take?
This depends on factors including the languages, volume, subject area, format and required formalities. The quote sets out the scope of the service and the agreed deadline.
Let’s start with what you need.
A few lines are enough to begin: the languages, the document or event, and your intended date.
